Each of these programs have a short list of questions that need to be provided for non-binding premium indications. Note to Brokers: No firm Quote can be provided until completed applications are received and processed by Richter Robb Pacific Insurance Services, Inc.
Allied Healthcare
- Advise us of the class of business (home health, medical staffing, clinic, etc.)
- Location
- Exposure - need annual receipts, number of drivers for NOA, and estimated number of visits
- Retro date
Long Term Care
- Number of licensed and occupied beds
- Type of beds (skilled, independents, ALF)
- Retro date

Social Services Program
- Advise us of the class of business (mental health, tutoring, drug rehab, etc.)
- Number of licensed and occupied beds, if any
- Your average bed occupancy for last two years
- Estimated annual receipts
- Estimated annual number of clients served

Small Hospitals
- A complete submission is needed for risks under this program. We must have current apps signed by the insured and 5-10 years loss history.
